Prof. Dr. Giovanni Biaggini

Giovanni Biaggini is professor of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and European Law at the University of Zurich. He is editor of the "Schweizerisches Zentralblatt für Staats- und Verwaltungsrecht" (ZBl) and head of the Expert Advisory Board of the Centre for Democracy Studies Aarau (ZDA). He was previously a member of the scientific advisory board of the European Academy Bozen in the research area "minorities and autonomy" (2005-2013).

 

Prof. Dr. Oliver Diggelmann, LL.M. (Cambridge)

Oliver Diggelmann is professor of International Law, European Law, Public Law and Political Philosophy at the University of Zurich. He held visiting positions i.a. in Jerusalem, St. Gallen, Cambridge, Harvard, Paris, and Berlin.

Christine Kaufmann is professor of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and International Law at the University of Zurich. She is President of the Steering Committee of the Centre for Human Rights Studies of the University of Zurich and a member of the Board of the World Trade Institute of the University of Bern.

Helen Keller is professor of Public Law, European Law and International Law at the University of Zurich. She is a former member of the UN Human Rights Committee and was Judge at the European Court of Human Rights from 2011-2020.

Regina Kiener is professor emeritus of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, including Procedural Law, at the University of Zurich.
