Prof. Sarah Nouwen

Sarah Nouwen -- Peacemaking: What's Law Got to Do with It?

This spring semester's "Schindler Lecture" was held by Prof. Sarah Nouwen. She is a professor at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy, and currently on leave from the University of Cambridge where she is a Professor in Public International Law and Fellow of the Pembroke College. In her lecture, Prof. Sarah Nouwen talked about the question if peace agreements between the government of a state and non-state actors should be considered as law and what is at stake.
