Kursinformationen

Being an effective negotiator is an indispensable skill in any professional or personal life situation. For example, in order to get a job contract, assessment exercises usually require candidates to participate in a group negotiation exercise as one of the tasks. The ability to negotiate effectively determines not only your own professional success but also the transformation and resolution of critical international challenges and conflicts – of which we currently have more than enough.
Successful negotiation is based on skills that are not innate but can be acquired and improved through intensive and practical study. It is not just about presenting arguments convincingly but also about analyzing complex situations, managing emotions (especially your own), focusing your attention in order to ultimately achieve measurable results, and, in particular, engaging in continuous practice.
